Vietnam born New York raised Chef Que builds on his Vietnamese heritage, French training, Latin influences and the energy of New York city and Hong Kong to present a refreshing modern take on Vietnamese cuisine with unexpected, layered flavours and fine dining techniques.

A graduate of New York Culinary Institute, Que honed his skills under famed chefs Rocco deSpirito and Geoffrey Zakarian in New York before taking Hong Kong’s culinary landscape by storm with TBLS, a private dining restaurant serving gourmet comfort food. TBLS had 3 month waiting list throughout its operation and was lauded by the New York Times, Wallpaper, Tatler and Louis Vuitton City Guide. He also ran QUEST, a Vietnamese fine dining restaurant with seasonal changing menus, and opened TIPPING POINT, Hong Kong’s first brewpub.
